AM Aqua jogging
Did 45 min of aqua jogging. 45 minutes of back and forth over about 40 feet in 11.5 feet of water kicking my legs, pretending to run, in clorine water.
PM Exercise Bike
Did 30 min on the exercise bike with my favorite little 5 min pickup as always. I went 12.54 miles, burned 860 calories, and tortured my bony butt. |
