Embry-Riddle Track
Today's workout was 400's. Specifically 9x400m with 2:30 recovery. It did not go well. Actually, it was ok, but I was slow on a lot of it and even early on I felt bad. The whole thing felt like a struggle. It didn't help that it was really hot and windy out. Pace was supposed to be 58 but the workout ended up going 57.8, 58.7, 59.3, 58.6, 60.0, 60.1, 61.0, 60.2, 60.6. I added the decimals because too many of them were pointlow which drove me nuts. |
