Daytona Sidewalks
Did 8 X 3 min with 1 min recovery. Was moving a little quicker than 5 min pace from the few sections that I run that are measured out. Felt really good early considering the previous 3 day's efforts but eveventually around the 4th interval it seemed to catch up with me as my form fell apart a little and I felt flat. It was the coldest day in Florida in 4 years but it was upper 40's when I ran which wasn't so bad for a workout. It was good to get a legit workout in the week and beneficial to do it early so I've got time to recover and be ready to go for Saturday's 10k. |
