ERAU Track
Did the normal pre-race 2 mile threshold in 9:49 (4:59, 4:50) with some strides before and after and a few drills afterwards. I felt a little flat just running but that was fine. What was troublesome was the plantar which is still giving me a lot of troubles. It's at a point where I don't really notice it during the day pre run but I can feel it hurting every step of the run and it aches afterwards. I'll keep taking care of it and hopefully I'll see improvement. |
