Aqua Jog
I was going to do my usual pre race workout of a 2 mile threshold run and strides but the smoke was really bad today so I went to the pool for more aqua jogging instead. I did an aquajog workout of 12X1min with 1 min recovery. At that time span I could really get after it. After 6 of them my pulse was 156 and after the 12th it was 200. A very solid workout. |
