AM Aquajog
Did 45 min of aqua jogging. Best time of my life!
PM Bike
Road the bike in my apartment for 40min. It's a new all time long. Went 16.63 miles and burned 1168 calories. That's a big burrito I don't have to worry about going to my hips.

Ryan - I noticed that you have a pattern: rest, foot feels a bit better, harder workout, then you have to rest again. It appears to be you would get better results by just running very light and steady to give your foot a chance to get stronger for a couple of months before trying to push it. You seem to have an aversion to running slower than 6:00 mile pace. We've had this discussion before, but I think both you and I will agree that 6:00 mile pace is quite stressful on an ailing foot regardless of your level of cardio fitness.
