AM Aqua jogging for 45 min. I'm not much of a swimmer so this was quite a good workout. Apparently my form wasn't so good but it's the first time I've aqua jogged since 2001.

Felt a little tired early but once I got going I felt really good. The foot ached over the first mile or so then loosened up and I didn't notice it again. That's a good sign. It's was blazing hot out and I have the feeling it won't be cooling down for the next 8 months. |
