Daytona Sidewalks
After morning classes I had a 2 hour break so I snuck in a quick little 10 miler in hopes of getting in a double day. I've been doing great lately on getting in double runs. It was like Dec 12th when I went for a double run and realized I hadn't done one in awhile. So I checked my logs to see just how long it had been since I had a normal double day and it had been 1 year and 364 days exactly. Since then though I've been getting them in often and they're going well.

Got in a double run and some pullups. Felt pretty good. I noticed a bump on my foot on what I think is the tibialis anterior tendon. It's kinda big but it doesn't hurt. I'm going to wait it out and see what happens. It's on the same leg that has the achy achilles but not the leg that has shin aches and plantar problems. God, listen to that list of aches and pains. Gotta love running. |
