Hey, look at that, a run not titled "daytona sidewalks." With all the little nagging aches and pains coming into this run, a long day prior, and a little altitude mixed with hills you'd think this would be an awful run for this Floridian but I had a little bounce to my step early and felt none of my nags. It was a mid 30's and misting type of day so I can't blame my good run on the weather. I was considering a double run day but was wanting to back of for Saturday's Edison Festival of Lights 5k so in the evening when it was pouring rain my desicion on not doing a double run was a lot easier. A lot easier. |
