Atlantic High School Track
I had intended doing 12X400 with short recovery (45 sec) at 60 with 400m recovery after sets of 4. I wanted to get in a workout to simulate the burn from a race which I accomplished but unfortunately the burn came pretty early. I only made it through 7 1/2 doing them in 60, 61, 61, 61; 61, 61, 63. I wanted to get in some more speed though so I did 2x200 in 27 and then called it a day. It was a tough day and I felt like I was fighting very early. |
