I've got a 2 hour break in classes on Tuesday so I race home to cram in a 10 mile run and lunch before racing back to school. I do my normal sidewalk loop without much exciting happening.

After getting in an adjustment for Price I come home and do a 5 mile out and back. When done I do 3 sets of 15 pullups, sit ups with medicine ball, and "pedestal" leg drills. Wow, what an ambitious day. 2 runs and upper and lower body strengthening. WOW. What's gotten into me? |
