I got in another semi-long run going 13 miles on my normal 13 loop. There's no way I could have handled looping around the baseball field again and the foot is feeling really good. My stomach got all jacked up in this run so with the fatigue and dehydration I was left lying motionless on my living room floor for close to 30 minutes after completion of the run. |
