I did my good ole reliable fartlek run on 1-2-3-4-5-5-4-3-2-1 min with 1/2 of the previous interval for recovery. I spent the majority of it looping around the baseball field on the softer cinder surface. It was long for me but I felt pretty good. The weather was pretty cool for around here but I still was drenched in sweat afterwards. |
