ERAU Track
Did 4X1600 with 3min recovery. The plan coach Hopfe and I talked about was 4:40 but I was feeling rather spicy and everything was quick despite the warm sunny windy day. My splits were 4:39, 4:35, 4:32, 4:33. The foot seemed to ache a little towards the end of the 3rd mile but seemed to feel better on the 4th which boggles the mind. It was a good workout though which will assuredly build some positive momentum. |
