I wanted to go for a long run of 12-14 but the foot was aching a little and I was sore from golfing yesterday and felt that the 10 miles I made it was enough of a struggle. The mileage for this week is pretty crappy but I did get in 2 45 min pool workouts so it's not as bad as it looks. |
