State Farm
I did my usual 10 mile run at the fields of State Farm but did 5X5min with 1 min recovery during the run for my workout. I have no idea about pace but the overall time of the run averaged 5:30 so I must have been keeping it a little real. The foot felt good and I am very happy with the recovery I'm able to give the foot through corss training without taking a mjor hit in my fitness. This is a program that makes Ryan happy while his foot isn't 100%. |
